The SBI Clerk exam syllabus consists of three main sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and English Language. The syllabus for both SBI Clerk Prelims and Mains exams are different, and candidates need to prepare accordingly for each stage of the examination.

The Quantitative Aptitude section includes topics such as Simplification, Profit and Loss, Mixtures and Alligations, Simple and Compound Interest, Surds and Indices, Work and Time, Time and Distance, Mensuration – Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Data Interpretation.

The Reasoning Ability section includes topics such as Coding and Decoding, Ranking/Direction/Alphabet Test, Alphabetical Series, Data Sufficiency, Coded Inequalities, Blood Relations, Seating Arrangements, Puzzle, Tabulation.

The English Language section includes topics such as Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Error Detection, Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Rearrangement, Vocabulary, Synonyms and Antonyms, Phrases and Idioms.

Candidates should note that the syllabus for the SBI Clerk exam is not limited to the above-mentioned topics and may include additional areas as well. Therefore, it is recommended that candidates refer to the official notification released by SBI for a detailed syllabus of the exam.
